Wolfe was hired personally by Roberto Cavalli to open his flagship Middle East Caffe in Beirut. Wolfe catered the gala launch attended by the Cavalli family serving canapes off his world famous couture food trays. He also advised on menu development adding his signature touch to weekly specials and events.
