Having studied food and art it was natural for Tom to be a food stylist. He found an understanding with award winning photographer Richard Haughton and has worked with him for the last eight years to capture his culinary architecture and imagination, such as his recently created a 3 x3 metre barbed wire installation with orange meringues and white chocolate dipped strawberries - available on request. He has always had a deep understanding of how to bring a theme to life creatively and fuse it innovatively with food and service. He also creates trays that the food doesn’t slide off and that are not heavy on the arm, which means that he is loved by the party staff as much as the hosts! His trays are pieces of art in their own right - and when combined with his food they are simply amazing.
